Why we built it
One record, from the schedule to the remittance
Too many agencies run scheduling in one program, visit verification in another and billing in a third — then spend their week making them agree. AgilaCare keeps one record: the visit is scheduled, verified, documented, billed and paid in the same place, and payroll comes from the same hours. Less time on paperwork means more time for the people who receive care.
